LS&CO is looking for an energetic rock-star eCommerce product manager to join our team! As part of the eCommerce Backend team, this person will help own the portions of the eCommerce experience to support LS&Co’s growth objectives for eCommerce. This indiviual will have had hands on exposure/experience in one or more of the following areas in vendor based environment: new market entry, customer service tools, payments, catalog management, feeds, and/or reporting & analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with product management team to design and implement product strategy for Levis.com and Dockers.com.
  • Evaluate functionality and drive continuous improvement to deliver conversion goals esuring project execution and delivery.
  • Participate with Product team and business leaders in development of strategy and assisting in developing the roadmap of all new site features and functions.
  • Assisting and supporting the partnership with wholesale.com customers in their effort to increase LS&CO brand presence amongst our partners.


Key Results:
  • Support the overall eCommerce strategy and front-end teams in building out the backend support to execute on this strategy
  • Support business in growth from $100 million to $500 million business.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree. MBA preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce Product Management. Financial skills to drive ROI analysis. Business and marketing skills to drive strategy and customer focus/marketing.
