Outbound Sales Representative - Full Time Regular - Sherwood, AR

Being a TeleTech Outbound Sales Representative will place you in an exciting fast-paced career, where you can go as far as your ambitions can take you. Outbound Sales Representatives use the provided database to call new leads along with inbound inquiries from phone. All Outbound Sales Representatives will be evaluated on their ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, prospecting and developing accounts. Additionally, associates will engage in upsell/cross sell, and retention outreaches as required.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• One year inside sales or account management experience required
• Ability to identify new business opportunities
• Ability to sell to business executives
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high stress environment
