Aerotek is hiring Administrative Assistants in the Purchasing Department for a client in the Nashville area.

Duties:

  • The Purchasing Agent will provide purchasing support via vendor and store relations.
  • Candidate will perform analysis in order to identify and resolve issues within purchasing processes.
  • Support returns processes.
  • Candidate will be primarily communicating with vendors and store managers providing customer service and support regarding products and logistics around the vendor products.
  • Candidate will also assist with data entry, filing, general clerical work, and Excel data entry.
  • Other administrative assistant and clerical duties will also be needed.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years data entry/customer service in an office environment is required.
  • Candidates with B.S. focused in Supply Chain management may be considered for other entry level purchasing opportunities within the department.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Hours

  • Hours are 7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday.
