Assembler (Clean Room)

One of Aerotek's top medical device manufactuers is looking for clean room assemblers.

1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd shift: 3:00-11:30pm

-Searching for a Mechanical Assembler who will be responsible for assembling high quality medical devices while working within a controlled manufacturing system.

-Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures

-Perform in-process quality checks on subassemblies and finished product

-Experience with microscopes and small tools (up to 6-8 hours a day under the microscope)

-Work with engineers and techicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements

-Maintain clean room integrity by using proper atttire and adherence to clean room environment practice and procedures

This person must be comfortable working with a microscope for very long periods of time, and have the ability to work with very small tools including tweezers, and small assemblies. Please let me know if this is a positon that interests you!
