About this job
I have a client located in Dania Beach who is looking to hire Customer Service Reps for their call center. This person will be responsible for taking between 50 and 100 inbound calls daily. Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the clientelle.
Qualifications:
- Must have call center experience.
- Must have experience taking 50 plus inbound calls.
- Must be professional and have great customer service skills.
- Experience with Data Entry is a must.
