Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am-9pm
Assist callers with routine service inquires.
Resolving caller complaints.
Research, follow up, and resolve all open/pending issues in a timely manner to ensure caller satisfaction.
Appropriately route calls to support departments.
Assist with non-phone work such as incoming faxes and web inquires.
Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience.
Must be non-smoker.
2nd Shift
