Your responsibilities:

* Manages associates and scheduler in the program
* Develops business and marketing plans to grow the business
* Works with residents and families to develop plan of care to meet the needs for the resident
* Assists department coordinator in preparing for state survey or other regulatory processes
* Complies with all Infection Control, Universal Precautions, and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional


Required skills and qualifications:
* Current Registered Nurse in good standing within the state of practice
* Five years of nursing experience, including supervisory, scheduling, and administrative duties
* Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing), organizational and time management skills required
* Working knowledge of computer and MS Office Suite to include Word and Outlook required
* Flexible schedule including able to work evenings and weekends as needed
