- Provides administrative support to Heartland offices by processing insurance/health plan referrals.
- Responsible for answering internal/external customer calls and performing administrative functions, including obtaining initial authorization, reauthorizations and verification of benefits/eligibility.

Educational Requirements:High School Diploma required

Position Requirements:1-3 years of insurance verification or coding preferred. Basic office skills, good communication and telephone skills, and computer experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
