BASIC PURPOSE
1. Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.
2. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
3. Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.(40%)
2. Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs. (20%)
3. Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%)
4. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts. (10%)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands
2. Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
3. Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively
4. Swimming/life guard skills to assist a guest in distress
5. CPR/First Aid skills/certification
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education: High school education or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
Skills and Abilities: Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English.
