Job Overview:

Support the Clientele Systems Manager to improve, simplify, and enhance the employee to client relationship by developing processes and company strategies to leverage My Client system and tools.

Essential Functions:

Support the Clientele strategy to improve long term sales growth and repeat customer traffic

Able to problem solve, make decision, and detail oriented

Analyze and review system and business process and identify opportunities and enhancements to improve Macy's simplification goal and drive incremental sales

Manage the Client Follow up "To Do" process by supporting the systems mgr:
  • Merchants on new and existing business opportunities
  • Marketing and communications to create and outline big event, promo, etc to drive sales
  • System and Technology team to improve the Client follow up process to create/build new enhancements

ManageSystem Maintenance and Enhancement Process:
  • Review and sign off on all systems documentation to validate business requirements for system development
  • Develop and design enhancements and tools to meet the business needs and user demands
  • Monitor systems and responsibilities throughout the year in the following:
    • System tests on clientele to ensure needs are met early
    • POS/Register releases, Credit release, and Database research

Store Support Process
  • Resolve or redirect issues as needed
  • Update training material and communicate as needed
  • Maintain My Client reporting and enhance as needed for merchants and store team


Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

High School degree or equivalent. Prior experience a plus.

Communication Skills:

Effective written and verbal skills, ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer/Technical Skills:

Proficient,Knowledgeable, and detail oriented on technical and systemprocesses

Reasoning Ability:

Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.

Physical Demands:
This position requires constant moving and standing. Must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
May occasionally be required to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
May have to reach above eye level. Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Other Skills:

Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team.
Must possess a strong sense of urgency.
Should be comfortable with the use of computers and frequent use of RF equipment
