FULL-TIME FACILITY ENGINEER
A private estate located in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for a full-time Facility Engineer. The candidate should be multi-dimensional in the areas of general mechanics, electrics, and plumbing and willing and able to perform any task required in a busy estate. Candidates who currently work for large hotels or office complexes in a similar capacity would be ideal.
Compensation is competitive, plus full benefits, with chances for substantial increases over time.
Responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining and repairing mechanical aspects of the estate, including gas, electrics, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, video surveillance, pool equipment, and fountain equipment.
· Following checklists - every employee and every activity has a checklist and a procedure. You must be detail oriented and enjoy following checklists as part of getting the job done.
· Working Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm and 5 hours every other Saturday.
· Carrying a cell phone for after-hours service calls.
The successful candidate will:
· Have 5 years of experience in general engineering work.
· Have or be in pursuit of a license in related fields.
· Be flexible, energetic, stable, and responsible.
· Be willing to commit to this job for 3 to 5 years.
