The Office Manager is responsible to successfully perform all of the managerial duties of the Franchise Owners.
 
Primary Responsibilities:                                                                             
·  Reflect the core values of Lorain County Senior Care, Inc. (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise).
·  Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated by all employees.
·  Achieve the annual operational plan’s revenues, gross profit and profitability objectives.
·  Provide leadership and management of all Home Instead Senior Care departments such as, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals.
·  Supervise key player job results by monitoring, coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions if needed.
·  Manage outcomes of all department activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals.
·  Meet and familiarize yourself with all new CAREGivers to enhance the client and CAREGiver matching process.
·  Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
·  Be responsive to on-call after hour and weekend questions/concerns.
 
Secondary Responsibilities
·  Supplement the duties outlined in the Staff Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, Retention Coordinator, Client Care Coordinator and Community Service Representative job descriptions.
·  Establish strong relationships with neighboring Franchise owners.
·  Participate as needed in all CAREGiver meetings.
·  Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the successful operation of the Home Instead Senior Care franchise office.

Requirements
-  Must have Business degree or equivalent
-  Administrative and supervisory experience (1 year minimum)
-  Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
-  Computer skills and MS Office suite
-  Must be innovative and can work well in an team orientated environment!
