Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Repairs and maintains CNC machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
• Diagnoses malfunctions in machinery and equipment, and makes repairs to same.
• Repairs or replaces worn or defective parts. Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Reads and Interprets specifications and blueprints.
• Requisitions adequate numbers of spare parts, and keeps inventory of same, in order to minimize equipment downtime.
• Communicates with OEM technical services.
• Adheres to preventative maintenance (PM) schedules as established by OEM and/or company management.
• Performs general plant and building maintenance duties, as required.
• Works overtime, as necessary, to complete the work at hand.
• Works alternate shifts, including evening shifts and weekends, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Ability to repair and troubleshoot production machinery
• Must have basic knowledge on blueprints and have minor electrical abilities

SHIFT:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:15pm
• Overtime as needed

PAY:

• $18.00-$21.00(based off of experience)
