The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative duties within our Engineering Department. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to: Contract administration, inventory management, general accounting, and scheduling. The Administrative Assistant will maintain files, systems, and communication to other departments as directed by the Director of Engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills on assignments.
