Full Time Assistant Manager Ashtabula, Ohio

Carmike Cinemas has an Operations Manager position available at our Mall 6 location (Ashtabula, Ohio). The Assistant Manager would report to the Managing Director and is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the theater. The duties will include: managing, training, customer service, depositing receipts, handling patrons and employees, complaints and ordering supplies. Performs other duties directed by the theater manager. The perfect candidate must:*Have strong customer service skills* Be computer literate *Be able to adapt and learn in hands-on environment* Have the proven ability to create a culture of accountability* Define and develop the right person and have a strong emphasize on staff engagement with our guests* Have High school diploma or higher* Be willing to work late nights, weekends and all Holidays!*Be able to pass a criminal and financial background check.
