Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Director, Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Maintain building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities
Inspect facilities and quipment for conformance with operaitonal standards
Conduct maintenance activities on systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas or air required for operations
Review job order to determin work priorities.
Schedule reapir, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations and owner satisfaction
Complete preventative mainenance program items in coordination with the maintenance team
Perform pool and spa maintenance
Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience is an asset
Highly responsible and reliable
Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related experience is an asset
Previous experience with pool and spa experience is an asset
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleague as aprt of a team with minimal supervision
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Regular lifting and / or moving of 75 lbs., frequent lifting and or of 100 lbs and occational lifting and / or moving of greater than 100 lbs
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Visa Requirements: Must have the legal right to work in the Unites States.
