The Program Director has overall responsibility for the program he/she is assigned to manage. This includes sales and sales strategy of a selected program, profit and loss responsibility, partner relationship responsibility, responsibility for all associated Revana personnel assigned to the program, and program growth responsibilities. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the program is adhering to both the partners and Revana’s rules and procedures, and the implementing of Revana’s and the partners overall goals.

This position will also maintain a direct line of communication with the Executive Director / VP of Program Delivery and his/her management peers as well as direct reports. The Director of Program Sales will drive profitable sales for both Revana and its partner, and will manage and work under very limited supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Create, manage, and update project plans using prescribed project management tools.

· Maintain a thorough awareness of company operations, the industry in which we operate and make recommendations regarding trends or pending changes. Lead contact and responsible for the maintenance as well as the development of Revana’s relationship with the partner as it relates to sales. Must be adept at understanding the intricacies of the partner, getting to know the individuals who represent the partner and working with all of them toward a common goal.

· Organize, participate and chair conference calls as well as any electronic communication methods with program partner. Responsible for working with all internal departmental personnel in the coordination with program goals and objectives. Represents the company in a number of diverse settings that include active participation in industry presentations, and supplier/manufacturer presentations at high levels of supplier/manufacturer management. Guided by broad policies and principles with the ultimate objective of promoting a positive image of the corporation while building good will. Must be the leader of the sales organization within the selected program. This includes, but is not limited to, being a mentor for any and all Senior Sales Managers within the selected program and teaching them to be mentors to the 1st line managers who report to them.

· Responsible for organizing, researching and preparing recommendations on whether or not to accept or decline individual projects. Responsible for controlling monthly expenditures and conform to budgetary and program requisition requirements. Lead in the development of annual business plans and division strategies for managed program. Responsible for analyzing and delivering sales related information to the partner. This is to include any and all information that has been agreed on by Revana and the partner and as stated in the contract. Examples are call stats, talk time, revenue numbers, etc…

· Responsible for assisting the Executive Director / VP in setting, measuring, and implementing monthly and quarterly goals for all program personnel. Determines and provides an appropriate level of service to customers both internal and external. Responsible for educating the partner in regard to how Revana does business within the partnership and how this knowledge could prove to be very helpful to the success of the selected program. This includes but is not limited to program setup, staffing, hours of operation, management, sales process, sales strategy, customer focus, etc…

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

· Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

· 4 years of sales and order management experience required. Familiarity with distribution operations, sales operations, and financial profit / loss experience preferred.

· Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

· Working knowledge of MS OFFICE including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access required.

· Must be able to travel with little notice.

· Self starter

· Strong interpersonal and management skills

· Technical server, operational background required.

· Strong, confident telephone voice

· Ability to lead, motivate and train inbound/outbound managers

· Excellent typing skills required
