POSITION SUMMARY
Provides oversight and management of our retail accessory assortment including all aspects of inventory management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory:
- Oversight and management of our retail accessory assortment including all aspects of inventory management.
- Regular analysis and reporting of accessory sales performance.
- Effectively partnering and communicating with Directors, Market Managers and Store Management to implement programs including merchandising strategies, contests, and other initiatives designed to improve accessory sales.
- Managing existing vendor relationships as well as sourcing new vendor opportunities.
- Provide on-going training and support to store employees on Accessory program information and best practices
- Provide logistical support for all inventoried products and store assets
Other
- Provide administrative to leadership team and/or on-site support to stores as needed
- Assist and/or lead ad-hoc projects or initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent work experience.

- Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Windows and the suite of Microsoft Office products, experience in inventory management / POS programs.
