POSITION SUMMARY



Provides oversight and management of our retail accessory assortment including all aspects of inventory management.



 



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



Inventory:




  • Oversight and management of our retail accessory assortment including all aspects of inventory management.

  • Regular analysis and reporting of accessory sales performance.

  • Effectively partnering and communicating with Directors, Market Managers and Store Management to implement programs including merchandising strategies, contests, and other initiatives designed to improve accessory sales.

  • Managing existing vendor relationships as well as sourcing new vendor opportunities.

  • Provide on-going training and support to store employees on Accessory program information and best practices

  • Provide logistical support for all inventoried products and store assets



Other




  • Provide administrative to leadership team and/or on-site support to stores as needed

  • Assist and/or lead ad-hoc projects or initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:




  • College Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven track record in Inventory Management in a Retail environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Windows and the suite of Microsoft Office products, experience in inventory management / POS programs.
