Our client is currently seeking an Administrator for several of their offices located in the Hamptons!

Responsibilities will include overseeing all the office administrative tasks including but not limited to: answering the phones, prepare new hire paperwork and handle employee onboarding, serve as a liaison between departments, train employees and ensure the office is running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills (Both written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills are a MUST! MUST have strong computer skills.

Previous experience working in the hospitality industry or for high-end retailors preferred.
