Our client, the local branch of a national insurance comapny is looking for customer service representatives to work in their Omaha, NE office.
Candidates must be customer service driven
Employees are expected to be able to handle 8-10 calls per hour
Candidates must have good work history and at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment
Employees handle customer service pertaining to life insurance policies (i.e. payments, product description, information, enrollment, reviewing accounts, and account changes.
