About this job
As the Inventory Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Inventory Department who are responsible for all aspects of inventory control including ordering, receiving, and returns of all pharmaceutical products within our dispensing facility. As the Inventory Supervisor you will plan, organize, direct, and supervise the daily activities of the department to achieve performance goals and metrics.
The Inventory Supervisor is also responsible for:
- Directing daily workflow to ensure that all production and quality goals are met.
- Coordinating procedural changes.
- Resolving issues/problems as it relates to the department and the company.
- Evaluating & reviewing employee performance.
- Coaching, motivating & counseling staff including administrating disciplinary action when necessary.
- Interviewing and hiring.
- Daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed.
- Directing and implementing department and pharmacy wide projects.
- Tracking and reporting progress of projects while meeting strict deadlines.
We are looking for someone who is flexible working within the hours that ranges anywhere from
6am-9pm Monday-Friday.

Required Qualifications - 3 + years of experience working with inventory and purchasing.
- 1 + years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related environment
Preferred Qualifications - Supervisory experience in a Pharmacy, Inventory/Purchasing or Medical related environment.
- Experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment
- Previous experience using inventory software
Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Clinical Licensure Required N/A
