Essential Skills:

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the design, development and standardization of report working with cross functional team members to identify key measures and metrics that align with the objectives of each functional area. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to extract the right data curated from multiple sources and can translate this into actionable recommendations and insights to the appropriate stakeholders using dashboards. You will be a direct contributor to the Operations team making smart, data-driven and evidence-based decisions.


Required Experience:Advanced MS Excel skills (mathematical formulas, pivot tables, macros, charts)Moderate MS Access database experience – tables, import/export, understands database table fields and views, queriesSQL knowledge and ability to create and execute queriesPrior experience with reporting toolsA work history that demonstrates a strong ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and work independentlyPrior work experience that required consistent and impeccable attention to detailStrong self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate data into succinct management dashboards providing usable information to help product management team make educated business decisions.Ability to absorb and understand complex business and technology terminology and provide insights along the with the reportsExceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.The above list of duties and responsibilities is intended to describe the overall nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
