Patient Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Professional Services is seeking professionals to work for our client as Patient Service Representatives/ Call Center Medical Appointing, for one of our clients in Nashville.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Schedules appointments for Veterans using the medical management appointing function for speciality care in the provider network
• Inititates automated or live outbound phone calls to Veterans and providers within timelines
• Contacts network providers to schedule, reschedule or cancel Veterans' appointments
• Information and assistance includes providing details about referrals, authorizations, and the location and use of network providers when necessary redirect

Education & Experience Required

• High School dipolma or G.E.D
• 1 or more years' experience working in an inbound/outbound call center and/or medical appointing
• Proficient with Outlook, the Internet and on-line systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology (i.e. medical Certification program at community college, medical office experience)
