Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

This individual will be responsible for the successful completion of one or multiple construction projects at a time. The duties will include keeping daily logs, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and managing work they are self performing(Light concrete, Framing, Doors and Hardware). He/she will also be working closely with the owner/owners rep so communication is very frequent. There will be some Travel out of town, but the majority 80% will be local to Fort Wayne and surrounding area.

-Responsible for coordinating with sub- contractors

-Projects range from 100k- 5mil.

-Potentially running 3 differents sites at a time

80% of work will be in Ft. Wayne and surrounding area

-Must have 5+ years of experience(Lets still talk about an individual that has slightly less)
-Must be able to use an Ipad to document and submit daily logs in the field.
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must have experience with safety training. Safety is priority on all their jobs so this individual must follow their safety protocol.
-Must be able to clearly and professional communicate with other team members as well as the client/owners rep
+OSHA 30 Hour
+Equipment Training(Scissor Lift, Boom Lift
+CDL

DISQUAL
Someone that is not team oriented and willing to help out on other projects as needed. Customer comes first then the company knowing that both are extremely important.
