Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Work to ensure all billing and claims related phone calls are handled professionally, accurately and timely. Will handle the majority of the Spanish speaking clientele.

Primary function:
Answer all incoming calls timely and with professionalism.
Assist patients, insurance companies, physicians with billing related calls including financial aid, financial assistance, understanding patient liability, etc.
Re-direct calls to other laboratory personal as needed.

Qualifications:

- Must be bilingual
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience
- Must have knowledge of revenue cycle
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
