Collections - Full-time / Part-time

-Responsible for collecting on overdue accounts (90% medical accounts).
-Average bills are between $500-$1000
-Responsible for making an average of 140 attempted calls per day
-Responsible for making outbound phone calls to individuals with bills and documenting calls in internal system
-Collectors will keep same bills in their file for 90 says before going back in a "house pool"
-Set up payment arrangements
-Eligible to make commissions after collecting 8K in fees per month
