Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates main job responsibilities are:

- Follows and gives clear instructions to the production teams (project associates and interns) and takes direction from supervisor (Sr. PM and Principal)
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Project Associates and Project Interns such as producing construction documents, researching US Building codes, and permitting restrictions
- Mentor and train project associates and interns
- manage the preparation and quality control of construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review as well as coordinating revisions
- Manage outside project consultants; civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and client vendors
- Responsible for understanding the needs and wants of the clients
- perform and review code analysis documents and ADA compliance

MUST have adegree in architecture pursuing licensure.

MUST be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit.

MUST have experience working on retail, restaurant or hospitality projects.
