We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Analyst reporting to the Retail Customer Service Team Lead.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Work closely with the business on process design, functional specifications, testing requirements, and user acceptance criteria.

Support Customer Life Cycle, and all other Customer Service (CS) data objects, and associated reporting

Support Order Management efficiencies within the Order to Cash End-to-End

Support Working Capital processes such as Credit Management, Accounts Receivable and Trade Assets

Lead and/or support design and testing integration for tasks and projects with EDI Team

Support day to day activities, including ticket resolution for CS team

Manage all CS testing cycles (regression testing, support pack testing etc.) integrating with other streams as necessary

Role coordination for CS team

Coordinate support for all innovation/renovation initiatives

Provide on-call support as needed

Back up internal team member support as necessary

Position based in Stamford - may require some travel to support business initiatives

Qualifications

Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:

Good understanding of Customer Service processes Must have high standards for providing service and work well in a team environment Minimum 5 years SAP experience, 2 years SAP SD preferred General knowledge of SAP tables and relationships Strong documentation and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Visio and Project Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate technical solutions into business language Analytical & creative problem solving skills Strong influencing skills Adherence to agreed methodology Flexibility and ability to work in ambiguous and changing environment Strong work ethic, self-motivated, excellent inter personal skills, and ability to work independently
