Job Description:
Assist the Chief Inspector with day to day operations of the inspection department.
Work Environment:
Aerospace production manufacturing
Qualifications:
Must be able to read prints
Intermediate experience in excel, word and outlook is required.
Understanding of quality standards and first article inspections
Data Reporting Performance Expectations: Client will offer training but candidate must be autonomous by third week.
Reads and analyzes documents, such as prints, change orders and DIP's to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
* Generates inspection plans IAW AS9102.
* Facilitates the flow of parts through the inspection department.
* Assist with AS9100 internal audits.
* Interface effectively with all employees through written and verbal communication.
* Complete work according to standard procedures.
* Assignments are completed efficiently and on time.
* Ensures quality for completed personal work on assignments.
* Operate reproduction equipment to produce legible copies.
