Our client is a large transportation company looking for a customer service representative to support their call center team.

This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls and coordinating transportation for their clients. This is a great opportunity offering long-term employment and competitive compensation.

MUST HAVE call center experience.

Job Description:
Will support the call center team for a transportation company who provides transportation for patients who are covered by health insurances scheduled for doctor visits. This position will be located in the Philadelphia office. You will be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls from patients asking where their transportation is and handling situations where you reassure them in a calmly and professional manner
* Documenting data in computers for records
* Providing excellent service on phones
* Flexible with hours between 6am to 8pm for 8 hour shifts
* Providing general administrative support as well

Job Requirements:
* Ability to multi-task and support multiple field-based sales representatives
* Team-player who also works well independently
* 1-2 years prior experience in customer support roles
* Driven, positive and customer-centered attitude with a keen interest to learn
