I have to return to work on March 21st. I will have an 8-week-old baby that will need to be cared for Monday-Friday from 8am-5 p.m. I will need someone who is trust worthy and reliable. Instead of an hourly rate, I would rather do a set rate for each week of $200 which is $40 a day.
