The Time Warner PAC West Region currently seeks a Sales Support Specialist, for our Business Services Department in our West Los Angeles, CA office. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Insure the total satisfaction of all Business Class customers with the processing and completion of their contracted work requests by ensuring that all necessary entry functions are performed before order moves to order management for processing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

:

Ensures the efficient and timely processing of all new sales.

Assists Sales Channels with Opportunity entry and closing to meet sales goals.

Acts as coach and tutor to the Account Executives to ensure processes are understood and complied with for the creation of complete and accurate Sales Packages.

Assists with order and opportunity creation and routes through the SalesForce Process to assist AE’s

Supports AEs in qualifying the opportunity for sale

Generates additional sales opportunities through product suggestion and customer relationship building

Monitors and reacts to order issues preventing successful installations

Maintains thorough knowledge and understanding of all business products and pricing models in a growing innovative product mix environment

Maintains excellent knowledge of Salesforce, and act as subject matter expert to support sales.

Monitors sales order process and generates reports as needed Perform order entry functions for the Account Executives and Representatives of the company in Salesforce.com (SFDC).

Send contracts off for signature using Echosign in SFDC.

QC 100% of all sales packages to hand off clean order that is ready for order provisioning.

Work to make sure serviceability process is completed prior to closing order and facilitate add addresses in the billing system as needed.

Communicate with AE’s via SFDC once the order has been submitted to sales coordinator for provisioning.

Maintain absolute confidentiality of all customer records, transactions and communications related to their account or activities performed by the company in the normal course of supporting and servicing their account.

QUALIFICATIONS:


High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Two years of college or four years experience in a responsible sales support role in a technical products sales organization.
Knowledge of Business Class processes and procedures related to Voice Services,
Internet and Video services.
Must be detail oriented, resourceful and have multi-taking abilities.
Requires ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Requires ability to operate in a fast paced environment, under competing deadlines
Must be flexible and adaptable
Previous Sales Support experiences a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to use personal computer and industry standard software programs to include Windows 98, NT and/or 2000, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Must have knowledge of various office equipment and be knowledgeable of the Internet.
Ability to learn new systems and software programs.
Excellent clerical and typing skills a must.
Must be personable, friendly, and supportive.
