Our client is a regional company headquartered in Evansville, IN. They install, maintain and service various audio visual products to a wide customer base.

The Administrative Assistant will be tracking and processing incoming returned product to be serviced and outgoing product once the service repairs have been made. They will enter all data including serial numbers into the internal computer database. They will also be responsible for contacting third party vendors to set up contracted jobs and communicate with clients via phone and email to inform them when the contractors will be onsite performing installations. They will also answer incoming calls related to contractual terms for product service repair, and ask some basic troubleshooting questions to determine the scope of service work needed to be completed.

The client is a small operation with roughly 17 employees. It's a family oriented feel where everyone interacts and talks with each other. They are looking for someone that can blend well with this culture. Someone that sat in their office all day and did not take the time to interact with others on the team would not be a good fit. At the same time, they also want to make sure that the individual understands when there is work to be done, that is the priority. The Admin Assistant will have an office that they will work from but they will also interface a lot with the service technicians in the warehouse area. Business casual work environment with casual Fridays (jeans permitted).

Other duties include:

*Provide support to specific departments or teams as needed
*Correspond with customers, salesmen, vendors as needed via phone, e-mail, etc.
*Assist with filing
*Provide information by answering questions and requests
*Customer Telephone Support
*Track and manage service/sales records
*Day-to-Day administrative matters

Must have:
-High School Diploma / GED Equivalency
-Previous Experience with customer service
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word/Excel/Outlook)
-Detail Oriented & Organized

Shift:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (No overtime or weekends)
