Shipping/Receiving - Material Handling

One of Aerotek's toppharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Cambridge is lookingfor a shipper/receiver to handle all materials and work as a material handler.

Essential Functions Include:

-maintain LN2 and CO2 systems

-general housekeeping

-interact with other manufacturing groups, QA, MTS, QC, Materials, Metrology, Validations and Facilities

- load and unload delivery vehicles and assemble stock onto pallets, warehouse trucks, racks, or shelves.

- open cartons, bundles, and other containers and be able to convey stock onto pallets, warehouse trucks, racks, and shelves.

-physically receive and log materials, supplies, and equipment from departments as well as small parcel and LTL carriers/couriers.

- must operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment

- store, transfers, and distributes material according to specific material requirements

-Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting process.

-Able to work with little or no supervision.

-Pallet jack and forklift experience (Forklift cert is a plus)

- Ability to pick, pack, and perform data entry to generate carrier labl

- Schedule and provide appropriate documents for international and domestic shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL

- Ability to have personal computer skills (word, excel, and SAP or and ERP equivalent).

Hours:

Training- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00pm

Normal Shift: Sunday- Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay $17.00/hour
