Aerotek is looking for Construction Admins for one of our clients in the Timonium area. This opening is available because of an increase in business. This role will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Process all new hire paperwork
- Manage and update employee files
- Recruitment and handling job postings
- Updating all employment laws and compliance
- filing all proposals and projects
- starting the paperwork for proposals and projects
- submitting all security clearances for field workers
- Working with accounting to make sure that all workers are paid.
- Working with opps manager to order materials for the office
