Shift Manager - Full-time

We have a full-time opening for a Shift Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Wage: $10.00-$13.00 per hour

If you love serving people, working in a fast paced environemnt, learning new skills as part of a diverse team, and leading a great team, then we have a position for you!  As a Shift Manager in our organization you would be responsible for coordinating our People, Equipment and Products for the best customer service in Port Orange.  We provice the skills necessary for you to perform at a high level through restaurant and organizational training.

If you are looking for a place to grow, we have the opportunities.  All of our 25+ managers began at the crew level and have taken advantage of the opportunities this business provides.  As a Shift Manager, you would learn the skills necessary to take advantage of further opportunites.  Once Certified, our managers move to $10.00 per hour and can make up to $13.00 per hour.  We offer performance and wage evaluations every 6 months so the potential to increase your wages is there for the taking, if your commited to taking great care of our guests.
