Golden Gate Bell is a fast growing Taco Bell franchise company with over 85 stores and 2,000 energetic team members in the bay area.  We are looking for leaders who love good customer service in a fast pace food restaurant. We are looking for Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to work in our restaurant(s). The Manager drives excellence in the day-to-day operations, trains, coaches, develops team members. Ensures consistency and quality in the food product as well as the processes. Focuses on financial results, in-store problem solving/process improvement, sets standards, and recognizes and motivates Restaurant Teams.

If you are an outgoing friendly individual who enjoys helping other and has a willingness to learn new things then we want to talk to you! We are looking for Food Champions, and Service Champions to work in our restaurant near you. The Food Service Champion makes the food and ensures the customer receives consistently good food in a timely manner.  The Service Champion is the first person the customer interacts with and sets the tone of the experience.  This position must be able to handle cash, address customer concerns in a friendly polite manner.  If you can do both positions, then a Team Champion is the position for you.
