Job Description:

Set-up & operate the following machines:

• Welders (In the Sheet Metal Dept. & Screw Dept.)
• Sub Arc Continuous Welder
• Welding Machines (In Sheet Metal Dept. & Screw Dept.)
• Hoist (In Sheet Metal Dept. / Assembly/ Screw Dept.)
• Screw Straightener
• Screw Continuous Welder
• Sectional Screw Saw Horses

Job Duties:

1. Set-up, operate to perform a variety of operations, including layouts required to produce standard, variations from standard, and somewhat special products in stainless steel and mild steel.

1. Set-up, operate to perform a variety of operations, including layouts using blue prints or customer sketches.

1. Be knowledgeable of special welding needs including special metals, hard surfacing, proper welding techniques high finish stainless steel welding and finishing.

1. Be in close contact with your leadman in the dept. you are working in and follow his guidance & instructions.

1. And any other duties, as assigned by your supervisor.
