Zone Sales Assistant - Frito-Lay

The Zone Assistant must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The Zone Assistant must be flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment and changing priorities. Primary duties of this position include customer service, payroll and general administration (records maintenance and filing). Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (SAP HCM), IMS (Employee Locator), XPTR is helpful but will train.

Customer Service Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining accountability of issues through resolution with the appropriate manager

Communicates payroll and benefits information with Frontline Team and any document voids to ZBM/ZSL for follow-up

General Administration Responsibilities Include: Payroll

Calculating and submitting overtime for Merchandisers and Extras weekly

Entering hourly employees on-line weekly. E-time/Daily Exception/HST Timecards

RSR payroll issues including helping track down lost payroll checks, ensuring commission is paid accurately, handling electronic deposit forms, following up with wiring money for RSR's

Processing all Personnel Change Notice's (new hires, terminations, LOA...)

Applicant Flow Logs/HRMC, maintaining IVR Data and scheduling structure interviews

All New Hire Processing / NEO/ LMS.

Help with Recruiting Events & Out Reach

OFCCP Compliance

Maintaining accurate employee personnel and supplemental files

Records Maintenance and Filing

Maintaining Workers compensation files

Maintaining OSHA logs and keep files on all personal injuries and copy log.

Keeping federal posting boards updated and accurate for each district office

Revenue Audit

Employee Computer related support (i.e. IPads, IPhone, computers)

Behind the scenes support for RSR and SDL's

Daily Reconciliation and verification process for sales organization

Tracking and communicating DOT documents needed from all Regulated DOT employees

Mastefiles Data Base

Zone Hand Held Support (i.e., batteries, HHDs, HH Printers, etc)

Meetings/Special Events prep.

Accounts Payable

Hiring Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining accurate applicant flow log

Verifying all paper work on new employees is complete and accurate; schedule drug testing, background checks

Maintaining applicant files

Supporting the Open House for all outreach agencies once a year

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience

Computer skills including expertise in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

College Education and HR experience is a Plus
