Administrative Assistant The Business Entity Develop the Sales and GTM offerings for Collaboration. This organizations focus is to develop the strategies to sell and take to market the Cisco Collaboration suite of products. The Team This team is highly focused on the Cloud offerings, both existing offers like WebEx & HCS as well as the next-generation offers like Cisco Spark. Role & Responsibilities Manage multiple calendars and daily schedules to include prioritizing conflicting meeting requests, and tracking action items Be proficient with MS Office products -- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Coordinate travel Submit expense reports Schedule executive meetings and leadership offsite meetings and coordinate related logistics and activities In addition to the general administrative duties of an Administrative Assistant, daily tasks are carried out at a higher level of complexity. This includes researching issues, analyzing problems, determining approaches, compiling data and preparing reports. Due to the frequent engagement of the Director across Cisco as a whole, this individual will interface with and coordinate activities with other EAs and executives in Cisco. Work is generally of a critical and confidential nature. Minimum Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills High-tech and/or a global company experience Manage high level executive meetings Superior organizational skills, attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt 5+ years of experience supporting at the director or executive level Desired Skills Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Execute under pressure and adhere to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients. Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
