This position ensures that all hotel guest, associates and hotel property are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing safety and security services to hotel guests and associates to exceed internal and external customer satisfaction. Responsible for the control and distribution of goods entering and exiting the hotel.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate professionalism. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. First Aid/CPR Certification is preferred. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
