Position Summary and Essential Duties To provide assistance to customers on delivery information and resolutions to service complaints; to communicate with customers experiencing service or delivery problems and to resolve the problems to the customer's satisfaction through researching, monitoring package movement through to delivery, and/or providing the necessary remedy to the customer's complaint. Job Specific Information Relocation assistance is not available Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Considered a Plus Handling inbound and/or outbound calls in a high volume call center environment Strong customer conflict resolution skills Network the position will support FedEx Express Domestic Trace Network Overview Handles customer calls for US domestic trace Qualifications High school diploma/GED. Four (4) years experience in a heavy customer contact environment. Must possess good pc skills and a thorough knowledge of windows based applications. Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills. Willingness to work different shifts and weekends/holidays based on business needs. Ability to work variable shifts.
