Lifeguard

We have a part-time opening for a Lifeguard.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: $9.00/hr

• Successfully completed Star Lifeguard Training Program for Shallow Water Lifeguards, CPR-PR/AED/O2 Training.


• Actively monitoring and securing slides and water play areas.


• Rule enforcement, proper rotation, and providing safety assistance, emergency actions, and first-aid when necessary according to department protocol. Monitors participants and user of facility.


• Provides the highest attention to safety for participants, self and fellow employees. Follows all established protocol for biohazard materials.


• Follows all aquatic facility rules and protects self from environmental exposure.


• Immediately reports any hazardous conditions to supervisor.


• Maintain minimum number of in-service hours required by department and will meet minimum standards for both independent and internal performance audits.


• May assist with accident reports, communicating with the public and facility inspections.
