Apartment Maintenance Technician - Southfield, MI - Full-time

We are seeking experienced, dependable and hard-working Maintenance Technicians with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team.  Our maintenance technicians are responsible for completing maintenance requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in a timely and professional manner.

 Does your resume possess these skills? •General maintenance of currently occupied apartments •Timely ability to make units ready for move-in •Repair/replacement of all household appliances •Minor carpentry and plumbing •Basic drywall and painting •Heating and cooling repairs/replacements

Position requirements: •Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls •2 - 5 years of technical, vocational or on-the-job training in the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and carpentry. •Self starter with the ability to work independently •Attention to detail and quality •Must have own tools
