Job Description

The Warehouse Associate 1 will perform a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex process or function that includes Inbound, outbound and Inventory Control tasks. The Associate will be exposed to the daily operational tasks of providing our Business Partners with the necessary material in a timely manner for producing banking products for Wells Fargo as well as gaining knowledge of how the operation functions on a daily basis.

Performs general warehouse work under supervision including shipping and receiving materials, check in and

inventory control. Loads and unloads tractor trailer including regular lifting of up to 70 pounds, moves materials using

pallet lifts and forklifts. Uses RF Gun to scan product. Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and

reporting. Manually processes outbound shipments using FedEx and/or UPS online systems. Will communicate with our internal partners regarding transfer of materials and other related issues occasionally.

Will take accountability for entire assigned process from receipt of work/item to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various Warehouse Operation areas and customers.

Must be computer literate and forklift certifiable for a future date. Will perform a variety of operational tasks for a moderately complex process or function that includes Inbound, outbound and Inventory Control tasks.

Work Schedule - M-F 11:30am -- 8:00pm. Ability to work hours in excess of normal shift as necessary

Required Qualifications

1+ year of warehousing experience

Desired Qualifications

Ability to understand and use warehouse software systems such as Oracle and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

1+ years of previous warehousing experience with exposure to inventory control Count, adjust and replenish inventory as needed to help maintain inventory integrity. May use multiple online systems including Oracle, Order Tracking and the Receiving Tool. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds during the course of the day. . Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp repeatedly during an 8 hour shift Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Able to perform moderately dexterous tasks, such as counting inventory, picking and packing, repeatedly Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience Forklift experience preferred RF experience Ability to obtain certification and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order selectors Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment i.e. warehouse

Job Expectations

Certification on all material handling equipment and the internal skills matrix must be completed within 180 days of hire date. Ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist
