Hibachi Factory is hiring Shift Managers to help operate our Knoxville area stores while providing great customer service. We deliver delicious Hibachi style food for delivery, carryout, & dine-in. We are looking for customer friendly managers who thrive on leadership and teamwork! Advancement with Hibachi Factory is based on performance, knowledge and attitude. Management Areas of Responsibility include:
- Leadership, supervision and management of Hibachi employees while on shift
- Supervise, lead, & encourage employees while following Hibachi work guidelines
- Managers also work to maintain high customer service standards and staff performance
Qualifications
- Current management experience or food service experience preferred (Not necessary)
- Customer focused with good attitude for leading a team of coworkers
- Enjoy fast paced work while coordinating food prep and delivery of Hibachi food.
- Ability to work varied shifts and days of the week
