About this job

*This position will be supporting a variety of active Medtronic programs.

*Tasks ranging from the development of LabView based hardware drivers, LabView code improvement and debug, technical writing, test system and test scenario development, as well as engineering support will be assigned.

*The main functions performed by this position will include the development and implementation of test software projects (LabView and TestStand based) used in the support of larger manufacturing test systems and manufacturing data collection activities. This position requires familiarity with a variety of software tools and languages including National Instrument tools, SQL, C, VBA and others as identified in the course of development.

Qualifications

*Current, full-time undergraduate or graduate student pursing a degree in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

*Prefer Sophomore level or above

*GPA of 3.2 or above

*Must be available to work at least 40 hours a week Monday-Friday

*Excellent communication skills both oral and written

*Experience in various fields of software development is required.
