At Buckle, the way our store looks is just as important as the products we sell. Our Visual Merchandisers help us showcase our merchandise in the most appealing way possible allowing our guests to see, touch, and experience our products' details. Working with the Store Manager to oversee the placement of all products, you will also train your fellow Teammates on the art of merchandising and provide input into the stores overall layout. The right candidate must have a keen interest in fashion, a self starter and enjoy working on the sales floor.
Working as part of the Buckle team, you will be:
Organized.
Every day, you will oversee that new freight shipments are unpacked and merchandised appropriately.
Creative.
You will be responsible for organizing and displaying an ever-changing mix of merchandise. It's up to you to conceptualize, design, and implement your merchandising ideas in a timely manner. Pace is the key to this position!
Flexible.
Due to the nature of this position, you may be asked to work early in the morning or late in the evening, when the store is closed. As such, a positive attitude and willingness to work hard are required.
