Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Job Description:
This individual will facilitate employee training with a special focus on driver skills to include professional driving skills development, understanding of DOT compliance, and DOT road testing. In addition, the incumbent will ensure pallet jack proficiency for delivery, bulk and transport drivers.
Accountabilities:
Driving Skills development (including CDL exam prep for merchandisers, warehouse, acct reps, etc.)
DOT Road Test administration
Post accident skills coaching
Develop driver coaching tools
Support ongoing driver certification process
Subject matter expert on Powered Industrial Truck (Pallet Jacks)
Subject matter expert on DOT Regulatory Compliance
Hours of Service
D&A Program
Pre Trip/Post Trip
DQF Process
HazMat Shipping
This position has regional travel requirements of up to 35%

Qualifications:
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Prior CDL Experience
Ability to understand and become capable with our Sales tools and Handheld technology
Proficient in DOT requirements
Proficient in Defensive Driving techniques
Willing to travel
