Responsibilities:
Job Tasks:
Assist with weekly shutdown PM's Work with lead maintenance technician repairing breakdowns (replacing conveyor belts, chains, sprockets and bearings). Change grinder blades Fill all propane tanks Perform job while abiding by all safety rules and good housekeeping practices according to company guidelines Maintain all paperwork Perform all other duties assigned of GM I Welding - Arc and Acetylene
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Industrial Maintenance experience Physical abilities: ability to climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, lift 50 pounds Must have lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification Basic skills in troubleshooting Ability to work flexible hours Basic understanding of mechanical practices Ability to be on an "On-Call" status Must be able to arc and acetylene weld. Must be able to work weekends, holidays Self-Motivator Realistic position demonstration required.
